The Office Park project encompassed re-constructing a section of the parking pad which had settled, repairing extensive wood rot which had resulted from inadequate flashing, updating the interior floor space, and adding exterior lighting. This "design build" project was fulfilled by melding numerous independent contractors, mid-stream value engineering, and the overall design and project management was by Thompson Architecture, Inc.
