Our recent work at Memory Court was another fine example of how the owner-client beneifits from the "design-build" concept of building and remodeling. Our clients found an awesome older home and tasked us with helping them identify several scope and budget oriented options. We added some really cool lighting, salvaged solid wood constructed cabinets, added beautiful granite and subway tile in the kitchen, converted the range to a stainless G.E. Monogram gas range with a decorative stainless hood, re-finished the hardwood floors, closed in dated sky lights, replaced the HVAC, added a new electrical service, a new hot water heater, new closet systems and bath mirrors, and some specialty beam work along the hallway.
